You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the item. In order to invoke the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (in writing, by post or email for example) of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form that we have sent you (see below). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercising of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

When returning items, please take the following points into account:

• costs for damage (through processing/assembly) are for the account of the consumer;
• furnished with attached labels and stickers if reasonably possible;
• items that are specially made for you, in line with your instructions, customised or coloured, cannot be returned;
• items that can spoil quickly can also not be returned;
• we ask you to include a return form with the return shipment that is filled in as completely as possible.

You can return the item to us at the following address, Van Aalsburg B.V. Paalgraaf 11, 4174 LC Hellouw, the Netherlands. After receipt by Van Aalsburg B.V. the buyer will be notified by email. The costs of the return shipment will be for your own account. Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. We therefore advise to always open the original packaging carefully, so that you can use it (partly) again to return the order if necessary. Transport of the items to be returned by you, by Van Aalsburg B.V. is possible in consultation. The costs are €0.65 per kilometre, excluding VAT. Print the European return form. Please add this completed form to your return shipment.

We will refund the purchase amount including standard costs for the return of the returned items within 14 days after we have been notified of the decision that you wish to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We are entitled to delay a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We ask you to try to leave the products unused and, if possible, in original undamaged packaging.
