All our products are covered by at least a statutory warranty. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. In addition, we offer a 5-year deflection guarantee on our installed willow fences.

We always refer to our installation manuals to maintain your warranty. The correct processing of the products prevents premature problems. If in doubt, you should call in a construction expert yourself.

We advise customers to process the willow wood immediately after delivery. After all, wood is a natural product.

Your warranty will be voided if you use items in a manner for which they are not intended and in the event of normal wear and tear (such as the bark of the willow twigs coming loose and the ageing of the wood due to UV radiation).

When processing wood products (such as chestnut posts, fences and shoring) the underlying soil is often the basis. We recommend always consulting a soil specialist and/or your municipality before building. The manual on the site contains general assembly advice and rules for processing garden wood products. Specifically (locally) occurring soft clay / sand layers, raised soil and / or oxidizing peat layers and the like can (over time) cause damage to said structures.

You can not rely on the warranty if the defect is caused by improper assembly, injudicious, improper use or when without written, or by e mail, permission is obtained to use the products supplied by us in an alternative application.

You may also not have made any changes and/or used the product for purposes for which it is not intended. Damage as a result of subsidence of the surface of your construction are not covered by the warranty. The oxidation of ironware is also not covered by the warranty.

The warranty period starts on the day of purchase. Therefore, always keep your invoice. Any additional costs or costs for assembly or disassembly are not reimbursed by Van Aalsburg BV.

Van Aalsburg BV guarantees that the products and / or services meet the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations.

The products supplied by Van Aalsburg B.V. may concern natural products. Natural products are subject to weather influences and may therefore show cracks, tears and discoloration, among other things. Slight deviations in color, thickness and quality do not mean that the goods supplied are not in accordance with the agreement.

Damage to the goods delivered may, however, occur as a result of subsidence of the ground or incorrect construction by the consumer. Damage resulting from the foregoing is not covered by the warranty and Van Aalsburg B.V. shall not be liable to pay compensation for such damage.
